I found this recipe on a blog called Kalyn’s Kitchen, because I had time to marinate the chicken breast I had thawed, and wanted to look around for something new to make. This particular recipe is a chicken satay-style deal, which I have always loved having as an appetizer when out, but never really thought to make at home for some reason. But it was super easy. My sister made it the next day too, and she also loved it! This will be a staple in both of our homes from now on. Truly delicious.
James made an easy and aromatic Indian rice with carrots and peas and lots of spices to go along with it, based on something he found in a Google search, but he cannot provide any more information at this time due to being tired and having a cat curled up on his lap. Stay tuned.
