James marinated the steak for 8 hours in a traditional mix of oil, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and a blend of spices. Made a fresh salsa of tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro and garlic in the food processor. Fresh guacamole. Meat on a hot grill for about two minutes on each side and chop it into pieces. Put it all on a warm corn tortilla and enjoy.
